We started Aste Wellness because we wanted what didn’t exist: skincare that could honour our hormones, our heritage, and our whole selves. As two women of colour — one a scientist, the other an artist — we came together through our own struggles with imbalance. Ayurveda gave us back our rhythm, our radiance, and our rituals.
